All workouts are followed by strideouts and core drills.
Our Spring track & field development program
runs for 8 weeks.
Tuesdays May 5, 12, 19, 26 & June 2, 9, 16, 23, 2015 at
Mepham HS 6pm. Interval style and skills development. Non-members are welcome with prior arrangement.
7, 14, 21, 28 & June 4, 11, 18, 25, 2015 at Mepham HS 6pm. Interval style and skills

Next club events will
be a series of road races; Massapequa 5k June 28th (team event), LI Women's 5k July 11th (team event), Massapequa Park
Mile August 1st (team event), Hope Run's Here 5k August 15th team event).
The outdoor track season will also
be in full swing beginning with the USATF-Long Island Summer Track & Field Series: July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, 2015
