eight week Spring training program is coming to an end. The last few weeks we were on the track twice a week. Utilizing
one specific track speed sesson and one general track speed sesson. Sunday mornings all year have remained the same (except when we race) behind Massapequa Train Station
rear parking lot 9:30am start. All workouts are followed by strideouts and core drills.
Our Summer distance development program
runs for 6 weeks.
Tuesdays July 8, 15, 22, 29 & August 5, 12, 2014 at Bethpage State Park
6pm. Fartlek style XC training.
Thursdays July 10, 17, 24, 31 & August 7, 14, 2014 at
Sunkin Meadow State Park 6pm. Tempo style XC training.
Next club event will be the Massapequa Mile
on Saturday August 2, 2014 8am Park Blvd Massapequa Park, NY.
